If you’ve read any of the other posts on this page you’ll know I used to suffer badly and was desperate to find a treatment for social anxiety. You’ll also probably realise that I did eventually find a cure. Best of all it doesn’t include any drugs at all, so no nasty side effects.

I must have tried almost everything to stop my anxiety attacks but nothing much had any effect. In fact some of the crap I was given had some scary side effects. I did actually realise that these panic episodes were all in my mind. And I knew that the eventual cure wouldn’t come from drugs, I knew I would have to “man up” and conquer them myself.
Well that’s easier said than done. If you’ve ever had an anxiety attack or some sort of social anxiety disorder you’ll know what I mean. Yes we realise it’s a mental thing but try telling your brain that when everything around you has suddenly gone nuclear.
If a drug free anxiety disorder treatment is something that appeals to you then you should check out this website, it can teach you a method to use every time you feel an attack looming.

If you are as desperate as me to find a cure for your anxiety disorder then you have a couple of choices. You can keep seeing your doctor and go through the merry go round of prescription drugs (and the side effects) or you can make the decision to help yourself and teach yourself how to cure this anxiety disorder for good.
It’s your choice!
